For Hong Kong local / Macau orders, customer can select self-pickup at Ans designated store,self-pickup at S.F. Stores/Service Centers/S.F. Express- EF LOCKER (Paid by receiver) / S.F. Express (Paid by receiver) to deliver your purchased package(s).

We offer free delivery of self-pickup at S.F. Stores / Service Centers for Hong Kong customers with spending upon net purchase of HK$499 or Macau customers with spending upon net purchase of HK$599.

*Spending amount refers to the total billed amount excluding coupon, voucher, other discount offers and delivery fee.

Procedures of Mainland China and Overseas’ delivery fee payment:

• After placing your order, we will inform you the exact delivery fee and the payment method. Please complete the delivery payment within 3 working days. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and payment for purchased items is not refundable.

【Calculation of weight】
The shipping rate of a package is determined by the actual weight or the volumetric weight (in kg), whichever is greater.
The formula used to calculate volumetric weight(in kg) is:
Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) ÷ 6000
